The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and conducted by a panel of one (1) arbitrator. Judgments upon the final decisions rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, India. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
